All digital products purchased on FalconFit.pro are delivered instantly after successful payment.

Due to the nature of digital content:

  • All digital product sales are final

  • We do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed

  • Refunds will not be granted for:

    • Change of mind

    • Lack of results due to not following the program

    • Accidental purchases

    • Not reading the product description before purchase

If you experience a technical issue accessing your product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will assist you promptly.


3. Coaching Services 

If you purchase 1-on-1 coaching or custom training services:

  • You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the coaching program has not started.

  • Once the coaching service has begun or a customized plan has been delivered, the service becomes non-refundable.

  • Missed coaching sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.


4. Subscription Plans 

If FalconFit.pro offers subscription-based services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation will stop future billing.

  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

  • Access remains active until the end of the current paid period.


5. Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors

If you were charged twice or experienced a billing error, please contact us within 7 days. After verification, we will process a refund for duplicate payments.


6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a customer initiates a chargeback without contacting us first:

  • Access to all purchased products and services will be suspended.

  • We reserve the right to provide evidence of delivery and access logs to the payment processor.
